Colorado Metal Specialties/Wall Cladding Installation Contractor Updates

Colorado metal specialties contractor, Gen3, makes industry news with its growing wall cladding installation services in Colorado, Arizona, and around the country.

Gen3 Moves to a New Headquarters to Expand Its ACM Exterior Wall Installation Operations

Gen3 has acquired a new property for their new Denver headquarters:  1270 S. Lipan Street, Denver, CO 80223.  The 17,186 rsf property located in the Golden Triangle (an industrial Denver submarket) is the new location for this growing commercial construction company.

Gen3 management realized that the time was right to make the move:  all of their growth projections indicated that it was going to be absolutely necessary to get a facility that could provide the much needed Denver warehouse and office space for the company – it just happened a little bit faster than originally expected. They’re very excited about this acquisition. Operations will benefit and improve because of this corporate expansion.  Gen3 also owns a 16,489 SF commercial facility for their Tempe, Arizona operations.

Since 2004 Gen3 has been growing its offerings to include installation of a variety of exterior cladding systems ranging from zinc and copper to terra cotta and stone panels.  Gen3’s growth is creating excitement in Denver and Arizona. Because of this expansion, they can now have crews available around the country that can install any size wall panel installation.

Gen3 provides expert ACM panel systems installation in the U.S. for small to large/complex commercial buildings and has partnered with the best suppliers and manufacturers in the commercial construction industry. Gen3 works closely with Alucobond, Reynobond, Centria, Trespa, Construction Specialties, Henry’s, Grace and Vaproshield. With these and many other suppliers Gen3 is “Installing the Future.”
